This August the hordes of strange people who are wine bloggers, us included of course, will congregate in the Finger Lakes for the 2015 Wine Bloggers Conference. This event is a great way to meet other bloggers and wine enthusiasts, as well as try new wines from around the local area and the world. Based on the latest agenda it’s shaping up to be a memorable three days, with side excursions throughout the Finger Lakes wine country, in depth tastings of Ribero del Duero and Rueda, Alsace, South America and more. If you’ve wanted to be a wine blogger, are a fledgling wine blogger, or just want to see what the heck this is all about then this is a great place to be. We’re looking forward to it.
Yes there will be parties. Exact dates are August 13-16. Exact location is Corning, New York, USA.
The conference website is here. Maybe we’ll see you there. Of course there will be tons of wine reviews after the event. We’re going to use this as a springboard to build out a comprehensive look at the Finger Lakes wine industry. We reviewed Shaw Vineyard a while back (read about that here) and are looking forward to visiting Shaw and several other wineries in the area.
A votre sante!
