A few weeks ago we told you about a delicious Rosé Prosecco from FIOL. It was truly outstanding and you can read about it here. For this review we’ll talk about a sister wine, the white Prosecco.
The wine: FIOL Extra Dry Prosecco DOC
Our Thoughts: the wine is a light straw in color with greenish hints. On the nose there are white flowers, citrus and apple. Great bubbles, excellent mouthfeel, a fruity, clean and long finish highlight a simply delightful Prosecco. This and the wine we referenced above are the only two bottles from FIOL we have ever tried. They won’t be the last.
Summary: This is a great Prosecco. I just loved it. When I look for Prosecco for my home, this is the one I will be looking for. $19 and a steal.
